Dear WebSci'24 Presenter/Speaker,

We have the option to record the session talks during the main conference (May 22 - May 24, 2024) of the 16th ACM WebSci'24 for purposes such as education and promotion of ACM, IRIS, and the University of Stuttgart. This recording may include visual and audio elements of your presentation.

Please read and complete this consent form below if you agree:

  1. Consent to Record:

    • I agree to grant the University of Stuttgart the right to record my presentation at the event mentioned above.
    • I understand that this recording will capture all visual and audio aspects of my presentation.

  2. Use of Recording:

    • I agree that the University of Stuttgart may use this recording for the following purposes: posting on websites e.g., YouTube, University of Stuttgart.
    • I acknowledge that the recording may be distributed in various formats, including video, audio, and ai-generated transcript.

  3. Withdrawal of Consent:

    • I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time before the recording begins. To withdraw my consent, I will notify Sierra Kaiser in writing.

  4. No Compensation:

    • I agree that I will not receive any form of compensation for my participation in the recording or for the future use of the recording.

Your message will be sent to the email inbox of Sierra Kaiser.

Your message will be stored on the servers of the University of Stuttgart in Stuttgart, Germany, and will be kept for one year due to the necessity to document the permission after the conference is over.
